Kneeding the dough...

Almost an hour and some arguments later, we have triple the amount of raw ingredients that the recipe specifies, but it's all good because we need three times the quantity of gingerbread, and three times the patience...

Lisa is kneeding the dough as we speak, trying to get it to the right consistency, at least that's what she said 4 ounces of extra flour ago. Photos coming soon of the messy kneeding process. Got to go as guess who's pouring the extra flour in because someone's hands are a mess....




Now that's at the right consistency...
